Carol Leifer Fired in Episode 1
This clip from YouTube is from Episode 1 of The Apprentice where Carol Leifer gets fired by Donald Trump. Cyndi Lauper refused to pick two people to bring back to the boardroom with her. Donald Trump listened to the voices and fired Carol. Carol did make a very cunning move to bring in $10,000 for the North Shore Animal League charity by asking Mr. Trump for a donation at the last second.
Carol Leifer never made any sort of positive presence for herself. I’m surprised she was a comedian because she never said any jokes or just lightened the mood in anyway. Instead, she seemed at odds with at least Sharon Osborne and Holly Robinson Peete.
The interesting thing about season 3, The Celebrity Apprentice Edition is many of the celebrities aren’t so noteworthy and two of the 14 are from the WWE. Also, the star power is lopsided in favor of the men while the women lack any real powerhouse. Sharon Osborne comes the closest.
